ALLAH knows.

 

 

I asked for strength,

...and God gave me difficulties to make me strong.

I asked for wisdom,

... and God gave me problems to solve.

I asked for prosperity,

... and God gave me brain and brawn to work.

I asked for courage,

... and God gave me danger to overcome.

I asked for love,

... and God gave me troubled people to help.

I asked for favours,

... and God gave me opportunities.

I received nothing I wanted,

... I received everything I needed.

  ALLAH knows when you are tired

and discouraged from fruitless effort,

ALLAH knows how hard you have tried,

when you've cried

so long your heart is in anguish,

ALLAH has counted your tears.

If you feel that your life is on hold

and time has passed you by,

ALLAH is waiting for you.

When nothing makes sense

and you are confused or frustrated,

ALLAH has the answer.

If suddenly your outlook is brighter

and you find traces of hope,

ALLAH has indeed whispered to you.
